On this Hop-On Hop-Off tour, you have the freedom to plan your own sightseeing itinerary. With seventeen stops covering all of Liverpool’s main attractions such as the Western Approaches, Liverpool War Museum and Beatles Story, this tour provides the perfect introduction to the city.
Your ticket is valid for 24 hours from when you first board one of the buses. Buses run from 1000h (10:00 am) to 1700h (5:00 pm) with a frequency of 30 minutes. Your ticket allows you unlimited use, meaning you can hop-on and hop-off as many times as you like at any of the designated stops!
You can board the bus from any of the stops:
• Canada Boulevard: From here, you can enjoy a ferry ride on the River Mersey and see the fascinating waterfront of Liverpool and Wirral.
• Chapel Street: Visit the Western Approaches, the Liverpool War.
Museum. Explore World War II Top Secret Underground Headquarters and an intricate labyrinth of rooms in this museum which was once a top-secret nerve centre in 1940s wartime Britain.
• Victoria Street: The famous club-The Cavern is located here. You can also see the original Beatles Shop where you can buy memorabilia, watches, cds and vinyl.
• Sir Thomas Street
• William Brown Street: Here you can see the World Museum Liverpool, the largest of National Museums Liverpool and one of the UK's finest multidisciplinary museums.
• Albert Dock, Gower Street: See the Beatles Story and enjoy a walk–thru Beatles experience, chronologically telling the story of the Beatles, from The Cavern days to beyond the break–up.
• Brownlow Hill: The main attraction here is the Adelphi Hotel.
• Mount Pleasant: The main attraction here is the R.C Cathedral.
• Great George Street: Chinatown
• Upper Duke Street: Admire the magnificent Anglican Cathedral.
• Mann Island
