Qantas and Jetstar domestic terminal. Upon collection of luggage, please proceed to Terminal 2 ground floor (a 2 minute walk) and locate the local isango partner Cabs display panel on the free call display wall and ring with the phone provided – you will be connected with our dispatch office or directly with the driver who will provide instructions.
International terminal for all airlines. Upon clearing Australian Customs, please proceed to the Free Call information display wall. Locate the local isango partner Cabs display panel on the free call display wall and ring with the phone provided – you will be connected with our dispatch office or directly with the driver who will provide instructions.
Virgin Blue and REX domestic terminal. Upon collection of luggage please proceed to the Free Call information display wall (base of escalators/ground floor). Locate the the local isango partner cabs display box and ring with the phone provided – you will be connected with our dispatch office or directly with the driver who will provide instructions.
Tiger Airways domestic terminal. Please note that this is not part of the main airport building. Upon collection of luggage, please proceed to Terminal 3 ground floor (a 2 minute walk). Locate the local isango partner cabs display box and ring with the phone provided – you will be connected with our dispatch office or directly with the driver who will provide instructions.
Instructions for departure to the Airport: Please call the local isango! partner at least 48 hrs before your departure to confirm your pick up time for transfer to the airport.

Please enter your flight details, hotel name and address while making the booking. We need this to process your booking. If you don’t have this detail now, please e-mail the details to the local isango! partner at least 96 hours before the booked transfer date. Failure to do so will result in a no-show and unfortunately we will not be able to offer any refund.
Airport Arrival Information:
- Due to airport restrictions the driver is unable to leave his vehicle, please see below the following instructions to locate the driver.
- If passengers have a mobile phone please call 1300 224 776 after collecting luggage to find out where to meet the driver.
- After landing, please ring 1300 224 776 asap to notify of your arrival (if you have a mobile/cell phone) or upon collection of luggage (or clearing customs for international), proceed to the Free Call display wall at terminal 2 (at the INFORMATION COUNTER), locate the local isango! partner display box and ring the phone provided. You will be connected with an operator who will direct you to your shuttle.
You may carry 2 suitcases per person. Excess baggage will only be carried at the discretion of local activity operator, an additional charge may apply. Surfboards can only be transported if under 6 feet in length.
Voucher information: You must print and surrender a paper version of your booking voucher for this activity (showing your voucher on a smartphone is not accepted). No refund can be given for customers without a printed copy of their voucher.
