This exhilarating adventure is an action packed trip! It will start with a morning pick up from either Jandia or Costa Calma. Accompanied by an English-speaking, you can go in for any of the following guided tours:
Easy Tour: You will be picked up in a minibus from Fuerteventura Playa and will be driven to Betancuria, a former capital of the island. From here, you will start your biking tour through the valley of 1000 palm trees to the little lake 'Vega de Rio Palma'. Further on, proceed to Ajuy, a little fishing-village and enjoy a picnic on the beach. Continue to the caves of Ajuy before you head back by bike to the west-coast, covering a distance of 20-30 kilometres.
Active-Tour (Medium Grade): This tour is combined with the Easy Tour, with the same route but is more active and covers the extra route along the mountain pass to Pájara and then down to the fishing village of Ajuy, to see the caves and enjoy a picnic. At any time, if it gets too much, you can switch over to the Easy tour. Cycling at a maximum altitude of 1000m and with a maximum distance of 60km.
The tours are offered in all grades of difficulty. The local guide will also show you the most beautiful places on the island.
At the end of an adventurous day you will return to your original departure point.
