Overview

Enjoy a morning sightseeing tour around three of Rotorua's iconic visitor attractions. Experience Te Puia, a place of Maori culture and a thermal wonderland of impressive geysers and boiling mud pools. Explore Rainbow Springs Nature Park, which showcases native flora and fauna as well as the New Zealand Kiwi. Then see NZ's agricultural industry in action with a sheep shearing display and sheep dog trials at the Agrodome.

Itinerary

Enjoy a visit to the Te Puia and the Maori Arts & Crafts Institute where you can view mighty geysers, boiling mud pools, and the traditional arts & culture of the Maori People. Its landscape is a mix of lush fields that support a thriving agricultural industry and beautiful lakes, and it seems everywhere steam rises from the ground, hinting at the active world beneath.

Go to Rainbow Springs – a unique showcase of New Zealand’s flora and fauna including New Zealand’s national icon, a kiwi bird. Witness the unique Agrodome Sheep Show – a hands-on experience giving you an animated insight into New Zealand’s farming history.

The tour takes 4½ hours and ends back at the starting point.
