Book your transfer between Auckland Domestic Airport and Auckland Hotels here. This transfer service operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This service must be pre-booked at least 48 hours prior to arrival. In case you wish to book the transfer within 48 hours of your travel date don’t worry just call our customer service and they will be happy to assist you with the booking.

Note : When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight and hotel details. We will not be able to confirm the transfer without the flight and hotel information.

Instructions upon Arrival at the Airport: Shuttle pick-up area is clearly marked at airport exit:
Option 1 - Proceed from the Customs entry area and you will find the Visitor Information Centre or I-SITE. Advise the information staff you are taking a local activity operator Shuttle Transfer and they will contact the driver to come inside the terminal to collect you.
Option 2 - Proceed directly to local activity operator holding bay, which is outside the International Arrivals Area, present your travel documents to the driver and board vehicle for your transfer service.

Instructions for departure to the Airport: Please call the local isango! partner at least 48 hrs before your departure to confirm your pick up time for transfer to the airport.

If you don’t have this detail now, please e-mail the details to the local isango! partner at least 96 hours before the booked transfer date. Failure to do so will result in a no-show and unfortunately we will not be able to offer any refund.

You may carry 2 suitcases per person, extra pieces may be charged at NZ$5 per piece. Surfboards, bicycles at NZ$5 each
