0800h (08:00am): You will be picked up from your centrally located hotel or closest pick-up point in Tangier and taken in an air-conditioned minibus for a private sightseeing tour of Asilah. A bilingual guide (English and French-speaking) will accompany you on this tour.
0930h (09:30am): Begin your city tour of Asilah, a charming artists’ town, whose stark, whitewashed buildings along the coast provide a stunning contrast against the blue sky and ocean.
0950h (09:50am): Visit the Raissoul Palace, an early 20th century structure and actually the palace of the famed bandit Raisouli.
1000h (10:00am): Stop at the medina, surrounded by the 15th century-built Portuguese ramparts. Whitewashed houses with blue and green shutters add to the charm of the place. Friendly shopkeepers and fairly priced goods make shopping its various souks an entertaining experience. Asilah sports a Mediterranean style promenade just outside the medina that comes right up to the sea.
1040h (10:40am): There will be a refreshment stop (payable direct).
1100h (11:00am): Departure from Asilah.
1230h (12:30pm): Your tour ends with a drop-off at your hotel or the closest drop-off point in Tangier.
