Drive to the shores of Lake Garda, the largest lake in Italy. Formed by glaciers at the end of the last ice age, this natural marvel shimmers in the shadow of Alpine ranges.
Castle-dwelling Lords and Roman poets have built their homes by the banks of this heavenly body of water and the sulfur springs at the tip of the peninsula are said to have healing powers.
This tour gives you the chance to see some of the area’s most beautiful lakeside towns. Drive to Salo, where the largest promenade on Lake Garda opens up to a charming piazza filled with shops and cafes.
Take a delightful cruise to the perched town of Sirmione, where a 13th-century castle rises over an azure moat patrolled by swans.
Return by coach through the sleepy medieval town of Lazise, where pastel-colored villas from the 18th century are mirrored in the lake’s still waters.
All tours will end where they began.
