You will be picked up from your Montego Bay hotel in a bus for this Zip Lining in the Jamaican Rainforest tour. You will be accompanied by an English-speaking guide.
Drive to the Jamaican rainforest, where a series of decks and platforms have been mounted in the branches, connected by traverses that allow you to glide from tree to tree.
Begin with a complete safety briefing and a demonstration of techniques conducted by a guide who specializes in canopy experiences.
Embark on your first traverse, soaring over the Great River that winds its way through the rainforest.
You will undertake eight additional traverses coupled with intermittent nature walks through lush tropical vegetation. Each traverse and platform has its own unique and fitting moniker, like “Limestone Cliff,” “Threesome Stop”, and the highlight of the tour, the “Interparish Express,” which is over 1000 feet long!
Each traverse highlights the diversity of Jamaica’s history and landscape. Sail between the trees at up to 35 miles an hour and look down at natural springs, the Great River and a 150-year old Dam.
You will be returned to your hotel at tour’s end.
