Those with a disability and their attendant / companion go free with a disability certificate that you must present at the museum's Special Permit or Reception Desk.

Both men and women MUST have knees and shoulders covered. Failure to comply may result in denied entry.
The Vatican Museums reserve the right to close any section, including the Sistine Chapel, due to unforeseen circumstances. In such occasions, no refund is guaranteed to customers.
