Meet your escort at 1715h (5:15pm) at the Piazza Santa Trinita from where you will take a pleasant stroll through the historical centre of Florence to the a traditional Florentine home where your cooking course will take place.
During this two and a half hour lesson in Florentine cooking, a skilled chef from a historic palace will guide you through the step-by-step preparation of a typical Tuscan dish.
At dinner you will savour your dish served up with suitable wines. Enjoy your meal and discover why Italy is known as the greatest food and wine destination in the world.
The tour ends after dinner, around 2145h, (9:45pm) in the traditional Florentine home in the city centre.
