This fantastic overnight Halong Bay tour allows you plenty of time to absorb the incredible Halong scenery plus packs in a great range of additional activities.

You will cruise on a superb 4* vessel with a large panoramic deck where you can relax and soak in the wonderful views.

You will visit many of the highlights of the Hanoi Bay including Vung Vieng Fishing Village, Drum Cave and Sung Sot caves. Activities offered and included in the cost of the tour include a cooking demonstration, a Tai Chi class and raft ride.

Itinerary

Day 1: Hanoi – Halong Bay

This Overnight Halong Bay Adventure starts with a pick up from your hotel in Hanoi.

Start with sightseeing from the comfort of a tour bus on your way to the Tuan Chau Marina where you will board the superb 4* vessel which will take you to Halong Bay. As you travel you will get the chance to sun bathe on the deck of the boat or even go swimming. Lunch will be served on board.

Once you get close to Vung Vieng fishing village you’ll be able join a group on a bamboo raft, or, if you wish, an independent Kayak to explore the village. You will find floating houses, a floating school and a floating information centre detailing village life in the Halong Bay.

Continue your journey to Drum Bay, this quiet corner of the Halong Bay is one of the most scenic spots and a great place for authentic encounters with the locals.

Your dinner tonight is more than a simple meal – your chef will provide a demonstration of Vietnamese cooking on deck after which you will enjoy the cuisine that has been cooked before you alongside a sumptuous BBQ meal.

After dinner a range of activities including fishing, film screening, karaoke and card games will be offered on board.

Day 2: Halong Bay - Hanoi

Be sure to make the effort to get up in time to welcome the dawn on the sun deck – its an experience you are unlikely to forget!

A Tai Chi class will be held on the sundeck to boost your energy for the day before a light breakfast of coffee, tea and bakeries is served on board.

Your last visit for this trip is the amazing (Sung sot) cave that was discovered by the French in 1901, this is the largest and arguably most spectacular grotto in Halong Bay.

After your visit you will check out of your cabin and relax on the sundeck or in the dining room enjoying the bay scenery as we approach the pier. Enjoy a farewell buffet brunch while cruising back to Hanoi where you will be dropped at your hotel.
