Continue to the Beijing Zoo, and visit the Panda Garden, home of the adorable giant panda. Here you can see other endangered species such as the Golden Monkey as well.
After a delicious lunch in a local restaurant, you will travel to the Altar of the God of Agriculture (Xiannongtan) built in 1420 AD to memorialise “the divine farmer” Shennong, an emperor from thousands of years ago who taught his people the art of agriculture. Inside is a museum documenting the rise of Chinese architecture and agriculture in ancient times.
At the end of the tour, you will be dropped back at your hotel in Beijing.
