Book your transfer between Cairns Airport and Cairns Hotels here. This transfer service operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This service must be pre-booked at least 48 hours prior to arrival. In case you wish to book the transfer within 48 hours of your travel date don’t worry just call our customer service and they will be happy to assist you with the booking.
Note : When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight and hotel details. We will not be able to confirm the transfer without the flight and hotel information.
Instructions upon Arrival at the Airport: There will be a dedicated staff member at the airport that meets the flights at the baggage carousel area. The staff member will have a sign with local activity operator displayed on it and passengers names. For late night flights the driver may be the staff member meeting the guests with a sign with local activity operator and the passengers name displayed. The driver will wait for a maximum of 20 minutes after baggage collection for passengers. Those passengers sorting lost luggage with the airline will be need to wait for the next bus.
Instructions for departure to the Airport: Please call the local isango! partner at least 48 hrs before your departure to confirm your pick up time for transfer to the airport.

If you don’t have this detail now, please e-mail the details to the local isango! partner at least 96 hours before the booked transfer date. Failure to do so will result in a no-show and unfortunately we will not be able to offer any refund.
This service does not drop off at the following accommodation houses. A ‘South Cairns’ transfer will need to be booked for guests staying at the following properties:

Trinity Links Woree.
Cairns Reef Apartments and Motel.
Cairns Tropical Gardens Motel.
Cairns Villa and Leisure Park.
Palm Royale Cairns.
Local activity operator do not have the capabilities to transfer wheelchair bound clients. If a wheelchair bound client is booked, they must have appropriate carers to assist with boarding the coach. The drivers will make every effort to assist, but they do not have the training and or physical attributes to be able to help at times.
Local activity operator will not be responsible for loss of personal goods.
Infant : 0-1 year free of charge if not occupying a seat.
You may carry 2 Standard bags under 30kg per passenger. Clients over this will be required to pay Excess laggage of AUD 5.00 per bag for Cairns City transfers and AUD10.00 per bag for all other destinations. Excess luggage must be advised in special request section in advance to ensure the appropriate trailer size is available.
Voucher information: You must print and surrender a paper version of your booking voucher for this activity (showing your voucher on a smartphone is not accepted). No refund can be given for customers without a printed copy of their voucher.
