Book your transfer between Adelaide Domestic Airport and Adelaide Hotels here. This transfer service operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This service must be pre-booked at least 48 hours prior to arrival. In case you wish to book the transfer within 48 hours of your travel date don’t worry just call our customer service and they will be happy to assist you with the booking.
Note: When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight and hotel details. We will not be able to confirm the transfer without the flight and hotel information.
Instructions upon Arrival at the Airport: The meeting point is the bottom of the escalators. The passenger’s name is printed by computer onto a 'local activity operator' welcome sign. The driver will be wearing a black suit with a gold name badge on the lapel.
Instructions for departure to the Airport: Please call the local isango! partner at least 48 hrs before your departure to confirm your pick up time for transfer to the airport.

Please enter your flight details, hotel name and address while making the booking. We need this to process your booking. If you don’t have this detail now, please e-mail the details to the local isango! partner at least 96 hours before the booked transfer date. Failure to do so will result in a no-show and unfortunately we will not be able to offer any refund.
In circumstances where passengers are delayed waiting for their luggage there will be no charge.
If passengers have been delayed because they were browsing shops etc there will be a charge after 15 minutes from the time the flight has landed, at a rate of one quarter of the transfer rate.
Maximum 2 suitcases and 2 pieces of hand luggage (per vehicle). An additional vehicle may be required to carry excess luggage, at additional expense.
Voucher information: You must print and surrender a paper version of your booking voucher for this activity (showing your voucher on a smartphone is not accepted). No refund can be given for customers without a printed copy of their voucher.
