You can redeem your voucher at Gray Line New Orleans, Jax Brewery Ticket Desk (located on the Ground Floor of Jax Brewery), 600 Decatur St. New Orleans, LA 70130. The ticket desk is open daily from 1000h (10:00am) to 1900h (07:00pm).
Your MealTicket provides three complete meals a day at a price considerably lower than what you would pay otherwise. You can choose from a 1, 2, 3, or 5 day New Orleans MealTicket to suit your schedule. Multi-day MealTickets are valid on consecutive days only.
Present your MealTicket card to the servers or hosts at each restaurant prior to ordering. It will be activated the first time you use it and will then be valid for that day and the number of days you have purchased. The list of participating attractions may be subject to change
Each MealTicket is limited to one breakfast, one lunch, and one dinner per day. Some restaurants may offer restricted menus, and alcohol and off-menu items are extra. You can visit the same restaurant for all three meals in one day if you wish.

The entertaining cooking demonstrations are by well-known local chefs, skilled in the arts and traditions of Cajun and Creole cuisine. They will make a demonstration lunch of four food items and you will get plenty of opportunity to sample what they prepare.
