This Beatles tour takes you to Liverpool where the “Fab Four” met and played their earliest shows.

Travel from London to Liverpool by train, you will be given a city guide and map to help you plan your perfect day.

Included in the price of your Beatles tour is an entrance ticket to The Beatles Story exhibition and a ticket for the famous “Magical Mystery Tour” which will take you to the homes and schools of the “Fab Four” as well as to Strawberry Fields and Penny Lane.

You will also have plenty of time to explore Liverpool at your leisure, you could take a stroll along the waterfront or continue the Beatles theme and head to the Cavern Club where the band played a total of 292 times.

Itinerary

The tour starts at Euston Rail Station at 0630h (06:30am). You will be met by a representative at the main ticket office who will give you a round trip train ticket (with reserved seats), tickets for the Magical Mystery Tour and Beatles Museum, a city map and an information booklet. There is no guide on this tour.

Your time in Liverpool is at leisure. Your reservation for the Magical Mystery Tour will have a fixed time (which will be advised on the day) and you can plan the rest of the day at your own pace. You will arrive in Liverpool at around 0930h (09:30am) and your reservation for the Magical Mystery Tour will be made for the afternoon.

Some places worth visiting include the The Albert Dock Complex, which houses the Merseyside Maritime Museum and the Tate Liverpool. These beautifully restored dock warehouses are now home to a dazzling collection of bars, cafes, restaurants, shops and other unique attractions.

A must for Beatles fans is the Cavern Quarter. A vibrant city centre area at the focus of Beatle history – here you will find the Cavern Club, where the band played their early shows, and the actual pubs where the Moptops drank during the early 60s.

Your tour includes a ticket for the Beatles Story, this is a museum which charts the lives of the bands from their childhood, to their rise to superstardom and all that followed.

In the afternoon you are booked on the Magical Mystery Tour. This tour takes you round all the landmarks in the lives of the ‘Fab Four’ including their homes, schools, and birthplaces, Penny Lane, Strawberry Fields and many other significant spots.

Details of your return train journey will be provided in your information pack. You will leave Liverpool at around 1830h (6:30pm). The tour ends at Euston Rail Station at around 2110h (9:10pm).
