Monday - Friday: 1000 to 1630h (10:00am - 04:30pm)
Saturday (June to September): 1000h to 1600h (10:00am - 04:00pm)
Sunday (June to September): 1030h to 1530h (10:30am - 03:30pm)
Saturday & Sunday (October to May): 1030h to 1530h (10:30am - 03:30pm)
Vouchers can only be exchanged at the Britain and London Visitor centre. The local supplier cannot exchange vouchers at their corporate offices.
Once you have exchanged your voucher, the pass is non-refundable.
