How it works: Once you’ve bought your London Pass you don’t have to pay to get into any of the attractions it covers. Simply show your card at the entrance or ticket office, they will scan the card and you will be allowed entry – its really that easy!

Directions: From Leicester Square tube station, Take exit 1 onto Charing Cross Road, turn left and walk past the Wyndham’s Theatre. Walk 100 metres towards Trafalgar square, our redemption desk is the downstairs area of the ticket information booth on the right hand side opposite the Garrick theatre.
Multi-day passes are to be used on consecutive days.
The pass can be used only once at each attraction.
An unused pass will expire after one year.

Monday - Friday: 10:00am - 4:30pm
Saturday (June to September): 10:00am - 4:00pm
Sunday (June to September): 10:30am - 3:30pm
Saturday & Sunday (October to May): 10:30am - 3:30pm
Vouchers can only be exchanged at the Britain and London Visitor centre. The local supplier cannot exchange vouchers at their corporate offices.
Once you have exchanged your voucher, the pass is non-refundable.
Please note the London Pass redemption centre is closed on the following dates, please bear this in mind when planning your pick up:
New Year’s Day (1st January)
Easter Sunday (20th April 2014, 5th April 2015)
Labour Day (1st May)
Whit Monday (9th June 2014, 25th May 2015)
Christmas Day (25th December)
Children under 11 years of age may travel free of charge on the tube, buses, DLR and London Overground if accompanied by an adult holding a valid travel card.
