Its time to embark on ones of Australia’s most- awarded whale watching cruises.
Setting sail from Sea World, Main Beach, head to the famous Humpback Highway, where 40,000 whales pass close to Gold Coast shores on their annual migration from Antarctica to the Great Barrier Reef. Admire the acrobatic skills of these playful and curious gentle giants and be entertained by our professional staff on board.
You can choose from 2 purpose-built luxury whale watching vessels:
Kaiala: Set low to the water, you will feel as though you can literally reach out and touch the whales. Watch from large open viewing portholes downstairs on the lower deck or admire the city skyline from upstairs. Step out onto Kaiala’s bow and look out for whales swimming near the boat. Listen to the whales via a hydrophone or stream live underwater footage on your phone.
Spirit of Migaloo II: Observe whales in air-conditioned luxury and comfort aboard Australia’s most advanced whale watching vessel with onboard audio and visual presentations, including three levels of viewing platforms and large walk-around decks. Listen to whales on a hydrophone or stream live underwater footage to your phone.
Voucher information: You can show your voucher on your smartphone or other devices. (But if you’d rather print a copy – that’s fine too!).
Please reach 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.
Please note that departures are subject to seasonal changes and may be adjusted in response to weather conditions to ensure your safety and comfort.
