Book your transfer between Granada Airport and Granada City Hotels here. This transfer service operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This service must be pre-booked at least 48 hours prior to arrival. In case you wish to book the transfer within 48 hours of your travel date don’t worry just call our customer service and they will be happy to assist you with the booking.
Note : When making a booking, you will need to advise your Flight and hotel details. We will not be able to confirm the transfer without the Flight and hotel information.
Please note that it is not possible to request pick up at a private residence.
Instructions upon Arrival at the Airport: The representative will wait for you at the exit gate and carry a document with your name and also wear a shirt of local isango! partner. If you do not see your representative please phone the local isango! partner (contact details mentioned in the confirmed voucher).
Instructions for departure to the Airport : For the return transfer to the airport, it is important that you call the local isango! partner before your departure to confirm that there has been no change in your pick-up address or flight time.

It is mandatory to provide flight and hotel details, arrival time, destination address in Granada and your mobile while making your booking. In case you do not have this information at the time of booking, you should provide us the details at least 72 working hours before departure. Failure to do so will result in a no-show and unfortunately we will not be able to offer any refund.
Voucher information: No need to print! If you are travelling with a smartphone or tablet you can present your voucher on your device for this activity.
