0800h (08:00am): You will be picked up from your centrally located hotel in Agadir for this tour. In case your hotel is not a pick-up location, you will be advised of the closest pick-up point.
Set out in a 4WD land rover with your guide for a sightseeing tour of Assaka.
The breakdown of your itinerary is as follows:
0900h (09:00am): Cross a fertile area with orchards of orange trees and greenhouses to continue on the tracks skirting from small Berber villages and Kasbahs in the territory of Souss Massa. There will be a photo stop at Aiit Milk, a little Berber village south of Agadir on the road of Biougra.
0915h (09:15am): Stop for a photo break at Oasis of Aït Cherif, an oasis of palm trees situated near the village of Aït Milk.
0925h (09:25am): Begin the off-road journey.
1015h (10:15am): Take a walk in the banana plantation of Talaïnt. In the surroundings of El Feid, sand dunes replace the mountains of the Anti-Atlas. Stop here for some more scenic photos.
1100h (11:00am): There will be a photo stop at the rolling sand dunes. You will believe yourselves in the Sahara!
Arrive in Assaka via the artificial lake of Youssef Ben Tachfine.
Stop for lunch in a local restaurant. Your menu consists of
mixed salad, Tagine with meat and vegetables or Tagine with chicken. Round off the meal with a platter of fruits of the season.
1430h (2:30pm): Depart for Ouijjane-Arbalou, an oasis near Assaka.
1500h (3:00pm): Arrive in Arbalou, and visit the village.
1515h (3:15pm): Depart for Tiznit.
1545h (3:45pm): Arrive in Tiznit. There will be a stop at the “Pearl du Sud”, a cooperative manufacturing artisan handicraft as silver jewelry typical for the region. Shop for typical Moroccan handcraft to take back as souvenirs of your trip.
1730h (5:30pm): Your tour ends with a drop-off at your hotel or the closest drop-off point in Agadir.
