Directions: From Leicester Square tube station, Take exit 1 onto Charing Cross Road, turn left and walk past the Wyndham’s Theatre. Walk 100 metres towards Trafalgar square, our redemption desk is the downstairs area of the ticket information booth on the right hand side opposite the Garrick theatre.
Holders of the London Pass® can visit over 60 of London’s top attractions for free, what’s more the pass allows you to skip-the-line at some of London’s busiest attractions including the Tower of London, ZSL London Zoo, Kensington Palace and The Orangery, Windsor Castle and Hampton Court Palace.
The London Pass® also includes a 1-day hop-on, hop-off pass. Your hop-on, hop-off pass allows you to travel in comfort in an open-topped, double decker bus and see all the popular landmarks and attractions. With over 70 stops across London, the bus will operate across 6 routes and cover all the main attractions in London.
The The London Pass® comes with a free guidebook which will help you to plan what you want to see and how to get there.
To make getting to the attractions even easier, opt for the Oyster card option which lets you use London public transportation within zones 1-6.

How it works: Once you’ve bought your The London Pass® you don’t have to pay to get into any of the attractions it covers. Simply show your card at the entrance or ticket office, they will scan the card and you will be allowed entry – it really is that easy!

Your The London Pass® also includes a 1-day Hop-On, Hop-Off Pass which operates across 6 routes and gives you access to over 70 stops, covering the length and breadth of the city. Each stop is clearly signposted Golden Tours Hop-On Hop-Off. Board the bus at any of the conveniently located stops, hop off for a visit to any of the numerous attractions and hop back on when you’re ready.
The hop-on, hop-off buses will depart every 15-20 minutes and every 5-10 minutes from the main tourist points.
Multi-day passes are to be used on consecutive days.
The pass can be used only once at each attraction.
An unused pass will expire after one year.

Sunday (June to September): 10:30am - 3:30pm
Saturday & Sunday (October to May): 10:30am - 3:30pm
Vouchers can only be exchanged at the Britain and London Visitor centre. The local supplier cannot exchange vouchers at their corporate offices.
Once you have exchanged your voucher, the pass is non-refundable.
Please note the The London Pass® redemption centre is closed on the following dates, please bear this in mind when planning your pick up:

Children under 11 years of age may travel free of charge on the tube, buses, DLR and London Overground if accompanied by an adult holding a valid Oyster card.
