Itinerary

You will be picked up from your hotel or cruise ship in Sorrento in a private air-conditioned car for your Positano sightseeing tour .

The drive to Positano is approximately 45 minutes. You’ll be given approximately 2.5 hours to spend in Positano.

Follow the spectacular coast road which winds its way along the cliff-side. Positano is often hailed as the jewel in the crown of the Amalfi Coast. Nestling amongst the cliffs the little white-washed houses cling perilously to rocks interspersed with bursts of colour from the fragrant flowers which spill from the window-boxes.

Your guide will give you a comprehensive tour of the city, and then you’ll be given free time to enjoy the city. Being a coastal city, Positano has a very Mediterranean culture. You’ll enjoy the picturesque views of the ocean here.

Positano is also a popular destination for the rich and famous, who are attracted by the area’s natural beauty and luxurious but unobtrusive hotels, and for film-makers. But despite its fame, the crystal-clear waters, the narrow, winding streets, tiny shops and houses and unhurried way of life all mean that Positano retains the atmosphere of a small, but wonderfully picturesque, fishing town.

You will be dropped back at your hotel/cruise ship in Sorrento, where your tour ends.
