At the Galleria della Accademia, among the exquisite works you can admire one of the most famous statues in the world; David by Michelangelo.

Your tour also includes a walk through the city of Florence to discover the piazzas and palazzi that attract the tourists to this city.

Itinerary

Your guide will meet you at your centrally located hotel in Florence. You will proceed by foot to discover the artistic and historical gems of the Renaissance city of Florence.

Start with a walk through the Historical Centre, an ideal introduction to the city. The numerous piazzas and palazzi reveal the logic and philosophy of the incredible period of the Renaissance.

Proceed to the Galleria dell’Accademia, home to the original marble statue of David. Also, admire "Michelangelo’s Slaves", a series of breathtaking sculptures created by the famous artist.

Proceed to the Uffizi Gallery. The Uffizi is home to an amazing collection of primitive and renaissance paintings. See the masterpieces by artists such as Giotto, Botticelli, Da Vinci, Michelangelo, Raffaello, Tiziano, Caravaggio, just to name a few.

This is a private tour and your expert guide will be able to adapt the itinerary and the time inside the museums based on what you would like to see. Please discuss your requirements on the day.

You guided tour ends in the Uffizi Gallery and you are free to stay and browse the works at your leisure.
