The Uffizi Gallery takes you on a journey through the history of Renaissance art as you browse through important works, arranged in chronological sequence. A window to Italian and more particularly Florentine art, the gallery houses the works of masters such as Botticelli, Mantegna, Correggio, Leonardo da Vinci and Raphael.

The world’s most famous statue, Michelangelo’s David, is among the works in the superb collection at the Galleria dell'Accademia. Giambologna’s The Rape of the Sabine Women and The Dispute of the Immaculate Conception by Carlo Portelli reflect the spirit of freedom of the Italian Renaissance.
