The Paris tour by River Shuttle starts from advised bus terminals at 0930h (09:30am).
A short walk from rue des will bring you to the Louvre Museum where your tour group will skip the line and enjoy a guided tour of some of the main rooms. The museum is home to masterpieces like Leonardo da Vinci’s Mona Lisa and the Winged Victory of Samothrace. The famous large metal and glass pyramid in the courtyard serves as the main entrance to the catacombs and has become a landmark of the city of Paris.
You will then take a short walk to board the river shuttle. Since most of the monuments visited on this tour lie on the banks of the river Seine that runs through the city, the river shuttle is a great way to see them all.
The shuttle will take you to the Eiffel Tower where lunch will be served at the restaurant on the first level.
After lunch you will have time to explore on your own before getting on to the river shuttle again to visit the Notre Dame Cathedral.
Notre Dame Cathedral is the seat of the Archbishop of Paris and is widely considered to be one of the finest examples of French Gothic architecture. Enjoy a guided tour of this awe inspiring monument.
The tour ends at the Notre Dame Cathedral at approximately 1630h (4:30pm).
