This tour is a must for all lovers of French food. Enjoy the flavours of some of the best recipes of France as you cook, and sample these delicacies too! An added pleasure is the sampling of some of the best wines and cheese of France. Interact and learn with some of the best chefs in this hands-on cooking experience.

Itinerary

Tour departs from Metro Jules Joffrin - Newspaper Kiosk at 1700h (05:00h), (Look for man with Green Cart). Your cooking class starts at 21 rue Custine, 75018.

You will learn to cook typical French dishes (recipes vary by season), taste new foods and interact with interesting people in this hands-on cooking experience.

Your bilingual chef has trained in the kitchens of Joel Robuchon and Alain Ducasse, then as Executive sous chef at the Ritz-Carlton Montreal, Four Seasons hotel in Mexico and Director/Executive Chef at Lowes Hotel Vogue in Montreal, and several Sofitel hotels.

Enjoy a glass of wine along with a light dinner, eating the delicacies that you learn to cook.

At the end of the session you'll enjoy 4 wines and 4 cheese tastings.

Your cooking class ends at 21 rue Custine, 75018 around 2130h (09.30pm).
