Tasty, exotic even! Are you ready for the feast of your life? You had better be. Colombia may not be at the top of the world’s cuisine, but after this tour, you may believe it should be. With a guide full of food knowledge they will take you to visit old eateries, taste twists on classic dishes, drink hot drinks and immerse yourself in a coffee workshop. It’s brewing up to be a tour well worth devouring!
About Your Guide:
A Chef’s Tour has a simple aim for their tours. Create and curate food experiences that are good enough for chefs. And that is precisely what you get with their trips. A journey to understand regional food, its history and ingredients. Not forgetting that you get to sample the local cuisine. Is it any wonder their tours make for mouth-watering experiences?
Here’s the plan:
You may not know much about Colombia cuisine, but after your food tour, you’ll certainly get the full picture. With an expert food guide on hand to take you through, you’ll be feasting on delights and experiencing just why the country grows, roasts and brews among the best cups of coffee on Earth.
• Taste exotic fruits
• Sip on cocktails while tucking into classic dishes with a twist!
• Visit old eateries that have served food for over 200 years
• Visit a local market and enjoy a game of tejo! – the country’s national sport
• Immerse in a coffee workshop with a tasting session – you’ll soon understand why this country produces excellent coffee.
The confirmation voucher includes the local activity operator’s contact details. They’re a nice bunch, and will happily answer any logistical questions you may have. Please give them a call at least 24 hours before your organised activity to reconfirm.
Voucher information: No need to print! You can show your voucher on your smartphone or other devices. (But if you’d rather print a copy – that’s fine too!)
This activity is adults (and older children) only. Little ones under the age of 13 years will have to sit this one out, we’re afraid.
