Cruise aboard one of Perth’s fastest catamarans for a relaxing day on some of the finest beaches of Rottnest Island in Western Australia. Begin the tour with a leisurely cruise down Swan River where you can absorb the beauty of Perth’s surrounds. Architecture dating back to the 1800’s adds to the magic of the island. A warm Leeuwin current promises waters teeming with shoals of tropical fish. Laze on the beach and work on your tan or go on a snorkelling adventure with colourful fish. With numerous reefs and an expanse of white sand, this is a great opportunity to just lie back and relax in the warmth and beautiful surroundings of Rottnest Island.

Itinerary

The return ferry services to Rottnest Island depart from both, Perth and Fremantle. You will be picked up from your hotel in Perth. Travel in comfort aboard Perth's fastest ocean going catamarans.

Cruise along the Swan River and enjoy complementary tea and coffee while the captain provides interesting commentary about the Swan River and the surrounding area. Once in Fremantle passengers will disembark the river boat and board the Rottnest Spirit. The Rottnest Spirit is the Newest and most comfortable ferry operating. It features; individual and open deck seating, a Bar, plasma television screens, bose stereo system and state of the art navigational equipment. Once passengers board the Rottnest Spirit it is a 30 minute journey to Rottnest Island( admission fee to island payable direct). Rottnest boasts some of the finest beaches and bays in the world, together with a unique style of architecture dating back to the 1800s. Rottnest is surrounded by a body of warm water known as the Leeuwin Current, resulting in 97 species of tropical fish making their home in and around the numerous reefs creating an ideal environment for snorkelling and scuba diving.

The cruise returns to the starting point.
