Watch the setting sun and dine to the sound of a lone didgeridoo under a canopy of stars at the award-winning Sounds of Silence dinner. In a wonderful setting in the middle of the desert, witness a spectacular sunset over Ayers Rock.

Taste classic Australian delicacies like bush tucker – barramundi, kangaroo, emu, bush salads and some delectable Australian desserts.

After the meal enjoy a guided tour through the constellations by the resident astronomer. Away from distracting city lights, in the pitch darkness of the Red Centre, discover the Universe beyond.

Itinerary

You will be picked up from your hotel in Uluru from where you proceed towards the Sounds of Silence Experience.

You will be greeted with champagne and canapés and can relax and enjoy the spectacular scenery and the magnificent way in which Uluru changes color in the setting sun.

The buffet dinner will be a wonderful array of traditional Australian barbeque specialties and “bush tucker.”

The remote location of Uluru makes it a wonderful place for stargazing. To end this wonderful evening an astrologer will lead you on a journey through the constellations of the southern night sky.

At the end of the evening you will be returned to your hotel at Ayers Rock.
