Travelling by bicycle, you will immerse yourself in all the diversity that Alice Springs has to offer. Enjoy a picturesque 3km bike ride alongside the dry Todd River bed into the National Park. On this route you’ll experience the unique terrain of this classic outback town.
Upon arrival of your first destination, you will learn about the original town settlement at the Alice Springs Telegraph Station. Even beginners can enjoy this tour as it takes place only on sealed paths and is a leisurely cycle suitable for all abilities and also welcomes young ones! Zip along the outback and feel free to stop along the way for capturing that perfect instagrammable shot!
At the Telegraph Station you can take a break and sip on some complimentary NT roasted barista coffee and enjoy munching on some cake from the Trail Station Cafe! Thereafter your guide will lead you to a local art gallery which showcases contemporary as well as traditional Indigenous artworks and you may even run into some Indigenous artists who are painting in residence!
