On this spectacular Blue Mountains Tour enjoy a day of wonderful scenery and encounters with Australian native wildlife.
Start the day with a tour of the Blue Mountains, a UNESCO World Heritage-listed National Park. This rugged and beautiful region forms part of the Great Dividing Range, linking tropical north to temperate south while dividing coastal cities from the vast Outback.
Stop for an easy walk and look over the famous Three Sisters, an impressive rock formation. Arrive at Scenic World, you will have some time at leisure to explore; during this time a range of optional Blue Mountain experiences (not included in tour price) are available. It is a great way to see the steep valleys and canyons of the Blue Mountains.
The next stop on your tour is Leura village, a delightful blend of groomed gardens and quaint shops. Enjoy free time shopping for homewares, antiques, craft items and much more. Upgrade your tour to add lunch at a café. On the way back to Sydney, stop at Featherdale Park and have your photo taken with a cuddly koala (own expense). The Park is home to a plethora of native Australian wildlife such as kangaroos, wombats, dingoes.
Travel through the suburb of Homebush, the venue of the Sydney 2000 Olympic games. Here you have the chance to catch a river cruise vessel back to the city and enjoy a relaxing cruise along the Parramatta River (own expense, although it is highly recommended to pre-book the cruise due to availability). If you don't wish to take the Ferry, the coach will travel back to Sydney.
