But ticket will be reserved by advising you a long digital number called ‘ticket reservation number ’only around one month prior to your visit date due to Disney reservation system's setting. Once ticket is reserved, ticket cannot be refunded and cannot change visit date. Please must present Lead Passenger ‘s passport to redeem all tickets at ‘Guest Services Center booth’ of the Disneyland main entrance, if the passport cannot be recognized by Disney staff, please show ‘ticket reservation number ’ on your smartphone or on any kind of voucher paper . ‘ticket reservation number ’ will be emailed to your travel agent in advance.
