    Reach the meeting point at the scheduled time for the start of the tour. You will first visit the Vatican Museums.

Explore the art with a knowledgeable guide in tow and enjoy informative commentary as you make your way through the invaluable art collection.

    Spend time admiring Michelangelo’s frescoes in the Sistine Chapel. Every corner of the chapel is decorated; with mosaics on the floor and intricate frescoes on the wall painted by the early Renaissance artists. Feast your eyes by looking at the luminous paintings on the ceiling and behind the altar painted by Michelangelo.

    Make your way to St Peter’s Basilica for the last leg of the guided tour. Explore the Papal Crypts or climb the dome to the highest manmade point in Rome.     Please reach the meeting point at least 15 minutes before tour departure time, late arrivals will not be accommodated.

    On Wednesdays the tour will not cover the Basilica due to the Papal Audience.

    The Basilica is an active place of worship and may be closed without prior notice for religious events: in this case the visit will be substituted by a visit to the Vatican Library.

    This tour visits religious sites, and there is a dress code to be observed. Visitors must be dressed appropriately: no sleeveless blouses, no miniskirts, no shorts, and no hats are allowed.
