Start with a visit a Montmartre market where you will shop for fresh ingredients.
Let your taste buds tingle as your learn how to turn these ingredients into fine French food. The small group size means you will get to interact with the Chef on this hands-on cooking experience.
After cooking, settle down to enjoy the meal your have prepared with a glass of wine.
Your tour starts at 9:30am. Your guide will meet you at the meeting point provided at the time of confirmation.
You will be involved in the whole process of cooking your lunch, starting with a visit to Montmartre where you can barter with the vendors over fresh produce.
You will then be taken to a nearby kitchen where you will learn to cook typical French dishes, taste new foods and interact with interesting people in this hands-on cooking experience.
Your bilingual chef has trained in the kitchens of Joel Robuchon and Alain Ducasse, then as Executive sous chef at the Ritz-Carlton Montreal, Four Seasons hotel in Mexico and Director/Executive Chef at Lowes Hotel Vogue in Montreal, and several Sofitel hotels.
Enjoy self-made lunch with a glass of wine.
Your tour ends at the convenient Paris metro around 1:30pm.
