The tasting starts at 61, rue Quincampoix 75004 at 5:15pm.
After the tasting, a private car will be waiting outside the cellar at 6:15pm to transfer you to the Restaurant, Heureux Comme Alexandre, 13, Rue du Pot de Fer – 75005, where your table is reserved at 7:00pm.
After dinner walk down the hill towards the river to Caveau la Huchette - 5 rue de la Huchette for entry to the Jazz Club (Total Walking Distance 1.8Km).

Enjoy a delectable fondue in the quaint part of the Latin Quarter.
Nearby, lies two churches by the river Seine, with perfect sunset views – one is the Notre Dame Catherdral, famous for Victor Hugo's novel the “Hunchback of Notre Dame”; the other is Saint-Germain-des-Prés.
It is in this area that you will settle in a cosy Jazz bar to end the evening.
The evening will begin at 5:15pm with an introduction to French wine in an old refurbished underground cellar near the Pompidou Center.
Here, you will be offered six wines produced by lesser-known but excellent wine producers.
Following this, your wine expert will guide you through the different varieties of whites and reds and their regions such as Burgundy, Loire Valley, Bordeaux and the Cote du Rhone.
As you slowly sip the wine and allow it to roll over your palate, you will learn to identify the main components of taste, the importance of the grapes selected and the effect of aging.
A car will be waiting outside to transfer you to the Latin Quarter arriving around 6.15pm.
At 7:00pm you are booked at a Fondue bistro located near rue Moufftard in the heart of the Latin Quarter.
After dinner you will take a short leisurely walk towards the river Seine, until you reach rue de la Huchette. After 9:30pm (music starts at 10:15pm) you can enter one of the most famous traditional Jazz clubs in Paris where the greatest jazzmen in the world have appeared regularly since 1946.
Every evening, a jazz band performs for the listening pleasure of regulars and visitors alike. Dance in the timeless tradition of Saint-Germain des Pres jazz with the best boppers in Paris. Whether you are just a Jazz-Lover, like to dance your socks off, or are a professional musician, the exceptional atmosphere of the club will remind you of the Cotton Club and the Savoy in the glory days.
You can stay as long as you wish and when leaving, you are centrally located right across from Notre Dame.
