Just a few miles away lies Port Grimaud, a purpose-built town designed to be the “Venice of the French Riviera”.
You will be picked up from your hotel and taken for this tour in a deluxe air conditioned minibus. Your driver is also your multilingual guide for this tour.
From Nice, proceed to Port Grimaud.
Visit this lovely village with exquisitely tasteful old Provençal style houses. The village was created in the 1960s as a private lagoon pleasure city, with waterways for roads and yachts parked at the bottom of every garden. The port town, created by French architect named François Spoerry is a Provencal Venice with elaborate system of canals and islands.
The seaside resort town Saint Tropez is still very popular with the tourists. Situated on the Bay of Saint-Tropez, this modern version of a medieval town is well known for movie stars, yachts, medieval fishing port, Roman history and beaches. You can see celebrities lounging on cafe-terraces and the fabulous yachts at the port. The adjacent streets have always been the liveliest part of town.
Drive back to Nice, where you will be dropped back at your hotel.
Please call the local activity operator at least 24 hours prior to the start of the tour to confirm the departure details.
Minimum 2 adults required for guaranteed departure this tour.
