You may board the bus at any stop. The voucher can be exchanged at any of the stops directly with the driver.
Cruise passengers: Kiosks set up at the Port. Guests are recommended to check with their cruise line on the transport options for their call into Miami. You could take a shuttle service to Bay side to board the City Sightseeing buses or board the bus alongside the ship. This is dependent on the Port Authority; please contact your cruise ship for clarification.Ending Point

Beach Loop (Red Line): Admire the spectacular skyline of Miami as you pass the classic ArtDeco buildings and drive along the famous Ocean Drive and South Beach. Enjoy shopping on Lincoln Road, enjoy a margarita in one of the many local establishments along Ocean Drive and relax on the one of the most famous beaches in the world.
City Loop (Blue Line): Discover the high-rise business district of Downtown Miami and along Biscayne Bay with stops at Vizcaya Museum & Gardens and the Science Museum before making your way to Coconut Grove. See million dollar mansions in the beautiful Coral Gables and continue through Little Havana.
Brickell/Seaquarium Loop (Purple Line): Explore the famous Brickell Avenue in Downtown Miami all the way to beautiful Key Biscayne and visit the Seaquarium and the Virginia Key Beach Park. You can rent a bike and enjoy a ride through the native vegetation and along the coastal shores while admiring beautiful Downtown Miami.
Wynwood Loop (Green Line): Boasting over 70 art galleries, retail stores, antique shops, and eclectic bars, Wynwood has quickly become Miami’s favorite hotspot. Explore this lively district on your hop-on, hop-off bus and visit the Wynwood Walls, a masterpiece in the graffiti and street art genre.

Your booking voucher can be exchanged for your Hop-On-Hop-Off ticket at any one of stops. Simply choose the stop which you wish to start from and present your voucher to the driver who will exchange it for a ticket that will be valid for consecutive 2 days from that time.
There is storage available for collapsible wheelchairs. Assistant dogs are allowed.

Option 1 - The cruise ship may offer a shuttle service to Bay side for guests to pick up the City Sightseeing buses. Please check with your cruise line.
Option 2 - City Sightseeing buses may have access into the Port of Miami to allow guests to board the bus alongside the ship and coincide with the guest’s disembarkation. This is dependent on the Port Authority; please contact your cruise ship for clarification or assume option 1 will be the best way to access the buses.
The duration and frequency of the tour may vary due to traffic conditions.
To switch routes, you should hop-off at STOP #1 and wait for the respective bus. Our staff is always present at this stop to assist passengers.
Voucher information: You must print and surrender a paper version of your booking voucher for this activity (showing your voucher on a smartphone is not accepted). No refund can be given for customers without a printed copy of their voucher.
Your voucher will be valid for 3 months from the date chosen at the time of booking.
The confirmation voucher includes the local activity operator’s contact details and local telephone numbers at the destination. They will happily answer any logistical questions you may have.
