    You can board (or leave) the boat at one of the following Piers: Westminster Pier, Waterloo (London Eye) Pier, Tower Pier and Greenwich Pier. (You must collect your Madame Tussauds ticket from Westminster or Tower Pier.)

    From October to December 2016, Tower Bridge will be closed to vehicles due to maintenance.

    Please arrive at the departing pier 20 - 30 minutes before the time of departure.

    During summer months you may not be able to board your first choice of boat.

    Boats are not wheelchair accessible.
