Overview

Take a powerful guided bike tour back in time through the capital city of Nazi Germany. See the old Jewish quarter where thousands were rounded up during the Holocaust and sent to concentration camps, never to return.

With cushy seats, fat tyres and adjustable handlebars, your bike lets you navigate the streets of Berlin with ease and comfort. An expert guide well-versed on the dark days of the Third Reich will lead the way.

Pedal through the former Jewish quarters of the city, where Jewish businesses were destroyed during the infamous Night of Broken Glass. Take in the magnificent Moorish-inspired New Synagogue, which miraculously survived that horrific night.

Tour the Nazi bunkers topped with anti-aircraft guns that fired on Allied planes and discover one of the few remaining air raid shelters, which was once filled with desperate souls praying to make it through the Battle of Berlin.

Here are the highlights covered by the tour:

Rosenstrasse Protest Memorial

Reichstag

Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe

German Resistance Museum

Former air raid shelter

Site of Hitler's bunker

New Synagogue

Soviet War Memorial

Stolpersteine

Honour the courageous resistance movements against the Third Reich at the July 20th 1944 Memorial.

    Pedalling through Third Reich history

The tour covered a serious subject and had to be done in a sensitive manner when visiting such thought-provoking places as the Jewish memorial, sites of executions of plotters...

A must do bike tour when in Berlin

Got to see the main sites of interest from WW2, of course, many places have since been flattened and re-built but this did not make any difference to the quality of the tour...
