Your Burj Khalifa Tickets are valid for entry at a fixed time. You can either visit in the peak hours or off-peak hours:
Peak hours: 9:30am – 5:00pm & 10:00pm - 11:00pm (inclusive) (Last entry 10:00pm)
Off-Peak hours: 6:00pm – 10:00pm (Last entry 10:00pm)
It is located near the 1st interchange along Sheikh Zayed Road. Take the 1st interchange and proceed through Financial Centre Road (formerly Doha Street). The approach road to The Dubai Mall will be on the right hand side.
Arriving by bus: Bus services available from the Deira Gold Souk on route number 27. The buses arrive and depart from P2 Cinema Car Park on the Lower Ground Level of The Dubai Mall every 15 minutes.
Arriving by metro: Burj Khalifa can be reached via metro at Burj Khalifa Metro Station.Ending Point

Once you enter the building, head to a special elevator that will directly take you to the At the Top, Burj Khalifa SKY lounge at the 148th floor. Spend as much time as you want and enjoy breathtaking views of the city from the world’s highest outdoor observation deck, situated at a height of 555 metres. From the top, the Dubai skyline looks sublime and is a sight to behold.
Bask in the luxury and witness specially designed interactive projections that give you the feeling of flying over global landmarks. At the observation desk, you can use the telescopes to enjoy unobstructed views of the city from the floor to ceiling window glass walls.
Moving forward, descend to the 125th floor of the tower for a spectacular view of Dubai’s skyline. At 456 meters above the ground, it is the third-highest observation deck and the second-highest outdoor observation deck in the world.
The 125th level also houses one of the newest attractions, Dubai – A Falcon’s Eye View that allows you to explore the city from a unique perspective.
With your Burj Khalifa ticket, you can also see a new exhibit that will take you behind the scenes, giving you insights into every aspect of the Burj Khalifa from the interiors and landscaping to the design and architecture.

When you make a booking you will be asked to choose a window (peak hours or off-peak hours) for your visit. Tickets are valid for entry at a fixed time and within this window the first available time slot will be allocated. This time slot will be printed on your ticket and you will only be able to enter at this time. If you require a specific time, please mention this in the special requests field when booking online or contact us. If you state a time preference, we will give you the closest time possible but cannot guarantee the exact time.
Immediately on booking you will be emailed a receipt for your purchase, this document is a booking confirmation. If the booking is within 30 days, we will follow this up with your E-ticket within 72 hours of your booking. If your booking is more than 30 days away, you will be sent the E-ticket 30 days before your travel date.
Only original E-Tickets will be accepted. E-Tickets with deletions or alterations will not be accepted.
Guests of At the Top, Burj Khalifa SKY can stay at level 148 for up to 30 minutes to continue the journey to level 125, where they can stay as long as they wish.
No amendments will be accepted less than 4 days prior to the date booked.
For the comfort and security of all guests, visitors are required to store their shopping bags and strollers in the Check Room located near the At the Top entrance. Your belongings can be picked up when exiting the attraction.
Voucher information: You must print and surrender a paper version of your booking voucher for this activity (showing your voucher on a smartphone is not accepted). No refund can be given to customers without a printed copy of their voucher.
