Overview

Discover the beautiful Bodrum Peninsula, its spectacular coastline, picturesque villages and state-of-the-art marinas, and enjoy a delicious lunch in one of its famous fish restaurants.

The peninsula is situated on the southwest coast of Turkey, in the eastern Aegean cost. The Peninsula covers an area of 649 km2, with a 174 km long coastline, and is located between the bays of Gulluk and Gokova. It is surrounded by 32 small islands and its highest elevation reaches 690m. Enchanting fishing villages can be found on the quiet bays of the peninsula, particularly on the Northern side, while tangerine orchards and olive groves cover the fertile interior.

This day-trip will pick you up from your hotel at 8.30am and take you directly to Turgutreis, a fishing village famous for its Saturday market, a busy and bustling example of a Middle Eastern market with a western touch where you can explore the town and try your haggling technique with local vendors, before being driven to Gümü?lük, a town renowned for its fish restaurants, where you will enjoy a delicious lunch between 12.00 and 2.00pm.

The tour will take you to Yal?kavak Marina, a state-of-the-art marina where you will have a chance to admire the yachts and understand why this area is called “the Turkish Riviera”.

You will arrive back in your hotel at 4:30pm.
