Your tour starts from Barrack Street Jetty, Perth, where you take a cruise to Fremantle. As you move towards the historical port city of Fremantle, take in the beautiful view that passes you by. Said to be one of the oldest rivers in the world, the Swan River meanders down the Darling Ranges and flows through Swan Valley, covering approximately 300 km before flowing into the sea at Fremantle.
