At isango!, we are committed to offering you with the best value at all times and we work very hard to achieve this by keeping an eagle eye on the market prices. We guarantee that we will always provide you with the lowest cost, highest quality activities and hotels.
We are not infallible though, and in cases where you find the same product cheaper on any other website within 24 hours of booking with us, we will refund the difference or cancel your reservation without penalty
All you need to do is to send us the proof of the lower price by email to pricewatch@isango.com or post it to any of isango! contact addresses that can be found the Contact Us section.
We may call upon the supplier who did beat our price to verify the details of their lower prices. We will refund on the same credit/debit card which was used at the time of original booking.
Basically, this is a long way to tell you that when it comes to getting the best prices, you are in safe hands. Relax, and enjoy your shopping.
Last minute changes are free
Things can happen and your plans can change, therefore we have negotiated flexible amendment and cancellation policies. In most cases no fees apply for changing dates up to a day before travel. Also, we are one of the very few companies who will not charge you any admin/ processing fees for cancellations. In fact there is no charge at all for bookings cancelled a week in advance, for most of our products. Refer cancellation policy for more details.
Cancellation policy
We classify our products into activities (duration less than one day) and extended tours (duration greater than one day) and have two sets of cancellation policies for activities and extended tours. Below are the typical terms, though some products have a different cancellation policy (can be referred in each product description page):
Typical cancellation policy for activities (duration of one day or less) is:
- Greater than 7 days prior to time of departure: No cancellation charge
- 4 to 7 days prior to time of departure: 30% cancellation charge
- Less than 3 days prior to time of departure: 100 % cancellation charge
Typical cancellation policy for extended tours (duration of more than one day) is:
- Greater than 30 days prior to time departure: No cancellation charge
- 16 to 30 days prior to time of departure: 15% cancellation charge
- 8 to15 days prior to time of departure: 50% cancellation charge
- Less than 7 days prior to time of departure: 100 % cancellation charge.
You can cancel the booking online by visiting the link provided to you in the confirmation email or through your isango! account. In case you prefer to write an email to us to cancel the booking, please note that we will be able to do so only on the next working day - and higher cancellation charges may apply if it falls in a different band as explained below.

Date changes for activities are generally possible right until the day before travel, without any extra charge. You can call or write to our 24/7 support to make any changes.

The price we quote for our products contains all charges, taxes and even credit card transaction fees. We want to make it easier for you to find products meeting your budget, without last minute disappointments.
