Look out over Cemetery Ridge, where President Abraham Lincoln issued his powerful Gettysburg Address, articulating a divided nation's dream of unity. View unique artifacts left behind by the soldiers at Gettysburg and if you wish to, enjoy a hearty lunch along the way.
Your English-speaking driver and guide will pick you up from Union Station in Washington, DC in an air-conditioned coach.
Ride through sweeping Virginia landscapes en route to Gettysburg, site of the largest battle ever waged on American soil.
There you will be treated to a dramatic recreation of the battle, complete with sound and light effects. Learn from your tour guide about the bloody confrontation between North and South and view Cemetery Ridge, which provided the setting for Abraham Lincoln's Gettysburg Address.
