You can leave and re-board the bus at your own convenience within the 24-hour validity period. Of course, you are also welcome to remain onboard for the full 2.5 hour loop if you wish.
Depart from historic Fisherman’s Wharf. Sail past the San Francisco skyline, lively North Beach and the lush hillsides of the Presidio. Look up in awe as you pass under the 4,200 foot span of the 746-foot tall Golden Gate Bridge. Returning to the Bay, see the Marin Headlands and Sausalito. Aquarium of the Bay:
Visit Aquarium of the Bay at Pier 39. Stroll through 300 feet of crystal clear tunnels featuring more 20,000 marine animals from San Francisco Bay and nearby waters.
Encounter leopard sharks, bat rays, sea stars and a variety of tide pool animals at the Touch Pools – find out if the creatures are scaly or squishy! Have an “otterly” amazing time watching playful North American river otters! Meet the “Bay babies”, from newly hatched skates to juvenile perch and other fish.
San Francisco Night Tour:
The 2-hour Panoramic Night Tour of San Francisco begins at 7.00 pm from 99 Jefferson Street in Fisherman's Wharf. It takes you through Union Street to the Presidio, where you can enjoy spectacular views of Golden Gate Bridge.
You’ll climb Nob Hill for a close up of Grace Cathedral and cross Bay Bridge for picturesque views of the city skyline from Treasure Island. Heading back, the tour continues along the Embarcadero to view the glittering lights on the Port of San Francisco. The tour ends at Fisherman’s Wharf or you can arrange to be dropped off at Union Square.
Visit the picturesque waterfront community of Sausalito. A short ride from the Golden Gate Bridge will take you down into the enchanted seaside village.
Trolleys depart from Fisherman’s Wharf at 9:00am, 9:30am, 9:45am, and from Bunker Road 10:00am to 6:00pm. The day tour connects to the Sausalito loop at Bunker Road (right after Stop 13 at North Vista Point)

Hop off the bus at Union Square South for a guided walk through the world famous San Francisco Chinatown. See the magnificent gates, the busy marketplace and the vibrant mix of historical and modern day culture. You will be shown the best places for authentic Chinese tea, dim sum, herbs and the fascinating fortune cookie factory.
The Chinatown walk starts at Bus Stop 6: Union Square South and is available twice a day at 11:00am and 3:00pm. The walk lasts approximately 1.5 hours and finishes at North Beach, Little Italy.
North Beach Walk:
Join us at North Beach, Little Italy for a historic tour of San Francisco’s North Beach district. See the splendor of Washington Square and the incredible St Peter and Paul Church. Get a taste of the bohemian lifestyle that inspired so many gifted San Franciscans of previous generations.
The North Beach walk starts at Bus Stop 3 and is available twice a day: at 12:30pm and 4:30pm. The walk lasts approximately 1 hour and finishes at Washington Square.
Barbary Coast Walk:
Enjoy a walk through what used to be San Francisco’s notorious Barbary Coast, once renowned for crime and vice. Hear about San Francisco’s small beginnings, the California Gold Rush and the end of The Barbary Coast due to the Red Light Abatement Act.
Walk through the present Financial District and see remnants of the past such as an old ship mast, passageways used for Shanghaiing and the hang outs of famous literary writers Mark Twain, Jack London, Ambrose Bierce, and Frank Norris.The walk starts and finishes at Bus Stop 4 and lasts for 1 hour.

Sausalito Loop: Trolleys depart from Fisherman’s Wharf at 9:00am, 9:30am, 9:45am, and from Bunker Road at 10:00am. After that they depart every 30 minutes from Bunker Road till 6:00pm (the last trolley of the day)

The activities that are included can be done over multiple days (up to 2 days). For example you could take 1 day to use the 24 hour bus ticket and do the Night Tour. On the next day you could do the Bay Cruise and the walks and visit the Aquarium
A Child Ticket should be purchased for anyone aged 5-15 years. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Children under the age of 5 may travel free of charge as long as they are accompanied by a dedicated adult (1 adult to 1 child).
San Francisco is a functioning city and therefore political events, demonstrations and celebrations can disrupt the route at any time, especially during summer and at weekends.
