Itinerary

The tour starts from Fisherman’s Wharf on Hyde Street or Union Square on Mason Street of San Francisco. You will be provided with your GoCar for an exciting ride around this beautiful city. Before starting the tour, an English-speaking guide will orient you on how to drive a GoCar. The driver must be 18 years of age and should carry along a valid driving license and credit card.

GoCar is a little 3-wheeler yellow car that takes you on a GPS-guided tour of San Francisco. Your clever talking car (in English) navigates and shows you the way. A vehicle holds a maximum of 2 people. Your GoCar is controlled with a motorcycle-style handle, throttle, and hand brakes. The car seats two and has a lockable trunk for your things. Their small size makes parking a breeze.

As you enjoy the drive, it takes you to the best of sites and shares interesting stories that bring the city to life. You can stop for photos, take detours, grab a coffee or break for lunch. You can visit the Fisherman's Wharf, the Cannery, Ghirardelli Square, Fort Mason, The Marina District, Crissy Fields, Fort Point, The Presidio, Golden Gate Bridge, Baker Beach, sea cliff, Legion of Honor, Lands End, U.S.S. San Francisco War Memorial, Cliff House, Sutro Baths, Ocean Beach, Golden Gate Park, Lincoln Park Golf Course, Conservatory of Flowers, Japanese Tea Gardens, Haight Ashbury District, Inspiration Point, Palace of Fine Arts, Chestnut & Union Shopping Districts and Lombard Street among others.

Please note

The driver must be 18 years of age and should produce his/her valid driving license.
Prior to the commencement of the GoCar tour, a security deposit of USD $ 400 for the vehicle will be pre-authorized on your Visa or MasterCard account in the form of a credit card slip. This is a routine exercise, and no charges will be made to your credit card if the vehicle is returned without any damages.
An imprint of the renter’s credit card along with a completed and signed rental agreement and liability waiver are required prior to the release of the vehicle.
Please call the local activity operator at least 24 hours prior to start of the tour for reconfirming departure details.

Or you could also start the tour from Union Square, 321 Mason Street, San Francisco, CA 94102 (at the corner of Mason Street and O'Farrell Street) Hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm.
Please report at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start time. This is mandatory to allow time for pre-departure briefing.
