There are four great options for your Orlando Parasailing Adventure and these are set out below. For two options you fly solo; for the other two you can fly in tandem with a friend or family member. If two of you are flying together, your combined weights must be between 130-330lbs.
Parasail Single (1 person): 8-10 minutes of flight time, with 450 ft (137.16 m) of line.
Parasail Deluxe Single (1 person): 10-12 minutes of flight time, with 600 ft (182.88 m) of line.
Parasail Tandem (2 people): 8-10 minutes of flight time, with 450 ft (137.16 m) of line.
Parasail Deluxe Tandem (2 people): 10-12 minutes of flight time, with 600 ft of line (182.88 m).
To join the activity please make your way to the Watersports Center at Disney's Contemporary Resort Marina, next to the pool where the pier meets the shore. Please try to arrive 15 minutes early to sign your liability release forms.
Once signed-in, the crew will take you down to the parasail boat.
The boat can carry up to 6 passenger, flyers have priority, but if there is room, friends or family can go along at no extra charge.
The First Mate will give a safety briefing and prepare you for flight by fitting you with a harness and life jacket. Then the boat sets off and up you go into the sky above Disney Bay Lake, taking off from the the back deck
of the parasail boat so you don’t get wet.
Enjoy eye-popping views of Walt Disney World and Orlando and the delightful sensation of being airborne. The feeling of flying is peaceful and exhilarating at the same time.
Both standard and deluxe options will give you an unforgettable experience. With either of the deluxe options you have a few minutes more in the air and a longer line, so the views are even more amazing.
With all four options you will spend about 30 minutes in the boat in addition to your flight time. At the end of the activity, you will be dropped back at the Watersports Center.
