To receive your New York Pass, you must exchange your voucher at 777, 8th Ave (between 47th & 48th St.), NY 10036.
Sunday - Thursday 7:30am - 8:00pm
Friday - Saturday 7:30am - 8:30pm.
Your booking voucher can be redeemed for the New York Pass at 777, 8th Ave (between 47th & 48th St.), NY 10036.
Opening hours for all attractions will be detailed in the guidebook that is provided with your New York Pass. All attractions may not be open on all days.
The smart card technology used by the New York pass includes a computer chip within the card itself. This chip records when and where you first use your pass and your validity period will start from that day.
Your New York Pass also entitles you to a host of special offers and discounts at New York restaurants and retailers.
You can visit each attraction just once with the New York Pass.
Upon the receipt of your New York Pass, note the unique number found on the front of the card. If you know that number and your pass is lost or stolen you can call 800-490-9330 to check if your card has been used or not. Once non-use is confirmed, you will be provided with a replacement card.
