Greet the sunrise on an enchanting dawn balloon ride over Las Vegas and the dramatic landscape around it.

A Hot Air Balloon is the most romantic way to fly. Few can resist the attraction as 100 feet of wispy nylon majestically rises with a dragon-like roar from the propane burners.

There is no sensation of movement, no sensation of rising, rather one of the ground dropping away. Looking up inside the balloon from the wicker basket, the regular shapes of the colorful panels resemble a vast piece of dome-like architecture. There is a great feeling of peace and tranquility, heightened by the lack of wind…..because you're moving with it!

And when you return to earth, celebrate your magical adventure in the traditional way with a Champagne toast!

Itinerary

There is no hotel pick up for your magical Sunrise Vegas Balloon Ride. Instead you should make your way to the meeting point at the 7-11 on the right at the traffic light at Durango and Russell, where you will meet a vehicle to take you to the launch site.

The travel time from pick up to launch site will vary according to the launch site selected on that particular day. The launch site chosen each day depends on the wind direction.

Your adventure begins on arrival at the desert launch site. You will receive a 'pre-flight briefing', where you'll learn more about hot-air balloon flight and the history of hot-air ballooning. The crew will begin the inflation process and once the envelope is filled with air, the propane burners are ignited to heat the air inside.

Once the balloon is inflated, you will join your pilot in the beautiful hand-crafted wicker basket. The luxurious, over-sized basket has plenty of room to allow everyone to enjoy the ride to the fullest.

As you gently leave the Earth, you'll be amazed at how light the balloon feels. During the flight you have an unobstructed 360-degree view of Las Vegas and the gorgeous landscape that surrounds it.

The flight will start in the southwest valley. You will enjoy scenic views of some of the residential areas – the renowned Las Vegas Strip to the east and the majestic Red Rock Mountains and Red Rock Canyon to the west.

The flight time varies from 45 to 75 minutes depending on the time of year and temperature.

Back on the earth, you will find that the ground crews have tracked your progress over desert lanes and roads, so they can be ready and waiting for you on your landing. This is always a gala occasion. You are greeted in the traditional manner with flutes of champagne and scrumptious finger food. Soft drinks are also available.

At the end of your thrilling balloon adventure, you will be dropped of back at the pick-up point.

To confirm meeting time and status of your flight, it is essential that you call the Flight Line number given on your booking voucher the evening before your flight.
Passengers must be in good physical condition due to the possibility of a rough landing.
Children must be a minimum of 10 years of age and accompanied by an adult.
Reserves the right to cancel a flight due to weather conditions or other safety reasons such as equipment malfunction, pilot illness or injury that could affect the safety of the flight.

Meeting point
There is no hotel pick up. You should make your way to the meeting point at the 7-11 at the traffic light at Durango and Russell. There are two ways to get there.
Either go west on Tropicana about 6 miles then turn left on Durango. Take Durango south approx 1 mile. The 7-11 is on the right at the junction of Durango and Russell.
Or
You can take I-15 south to the 215 west. Take the 215 about 6 miles to the Russell exit. Turn right and go down about 1/2 mile to the 7-11 on the right.
Please report at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start time. This is mandatory to allow time for pre-departure briefing.
