Among many benefits of this well-thought-out wedding plan are the use of a bridal suite, a wedding DVD, a sparkling toast, a 'flame of love' ceremony, and a guest book and pen to record the names of your well-wishers.

Your charming reception takes place in a beautifully decorated hall where your party will enjoy a lavish wedding cake and drinks.

Itinerary

The Las Vegas Wedding Package – Imagine blends tradition with imagination to ensure an enchanting ceremony and reception for the bride and groom and their guests at an affordable price.

Do be sure you have obtained a A Clark County Marriage License prior to your wedding. The marriage license bureau is located across the street from the chapel. You must go together in person to acquire your marriage license.

The package includes a choice of attractive wedding venues. You can select from the following options:

• The Wedding Chapel: With a high, curved ceiling adorned with crystal chandeliers, this delightful space is decorated in warm tones and contains a grand piano and wooden pews with cushioned seats.

• The Wedding Suite: An elegant room decorated in cool tones of white and blue-gray, with crystal chandeliers.

• The Terrace: Perfect for an intimate outdoor wedding – a gorgeous garden patio, with a stone wall, flagstone flooring, greenery and an incredible sunset view.

At the start of your special occasion, you will be picked up from your hotel in a luxurious white, stretch limousine 30 - 90 minutes before the ceremony. Your chauffeur will contact you in your room just prior to collecting you, and make arrangements to meet you and your party.

The limousine will seat up to 7 people comfortably. If there are additional guests they can drive or take a taxi.

You will be driven through central Las Vegas to the Wedding Chapel,which is five to 15 minutes drive from most hotels in the Las Vegas Strip.

Your package includes use of the bridal suite for the 'leading lady'. This gives you – the bride – a peaceful place to gather your thoughts and step into your gown. You can also put on the traditional bride's wedding garter in white, ivory or blue, which is provided as part of your wedding accessories.

At the Chapel, you will collect the flowers for your wedding ceremony. These include a 12-rose bouquet for the beautiful bride. (When ordering your bouquet, you have a choice of red, pink or white roses. Other colors and flowers are available with minimal upgrade charges.) There will also be a matching rose boutonnière for the groom.

Your wedding will take place in your chosen venue (see above). Feel your heart beat faster as you walk down the aisle to traditional wedding tunes such as 'The Bridal March' and 'Canon in D'. (Music players vary with the venue you have chosen. Please discuss this with your wedding planner.)

This wedding plan also includes an enchanting Vegas-style Unity Candle Ceremony to add an important symbolic touch to your day. When two flames come together as one, the flame burns stronger and brighter than either would by itself.

Another beautiful detail in this Imagine package is a traditional Toast in two lovely glass flutes. Make room in your luggage for the elegant flutes as they are yours to keep!

All the details of your special occasion will be recorded by a Professional Wedding Videographer to create a Wedding Ceremony DVD. Your personal Videographer will begin filming the moment you step out of your private white stretch limousine all the way through your ceremony.

Some of the best wedding photographers in Las Vegas are on hand to capture the highlights of your day. Your wedding package includes all the photos of your wedding ceremony (approximately 24), plus 12 wedding reception photos. They will be ready on a disc within 15-30 minutes.

As a souvenir of your special day, you will receive a white, bound leatherette holder for your Las Vegas marriage certificate, which can also hold a 5X7 print of your favorite wedding photo.

Internet broadcasting is a courtesy service with this great package. Feel like a celebrity on your wedding day as your ceremony is broadcast world wide. Friends and family who were unable to attend the event can experience your ceremony in real time. (Live Internet broadcasting is only available in select venues. Be sure to check with your wedding coordinator.)

Your package also includes an elegant 1-hour Wedding Reception for up to 10 guests in a stylish Reception Hall with candle-lit lighting effects. (More guests can be accommodated at an additional charge.) The round guest tables will be draped in white or ivory linens to set off any bridal color scheme. (Other colors of table drapes are available for an additional charge).

Standard centerpieces with covered candles will complete your table decorations and complement the candle wall sconces throughout the Reception Hall. (Custom centerpieces are also available at additional charge.)

To ensure you will always remember those who attended your Las Vegas wedding reception, you will be given a Guestbook and Pen Set. This will be thoughtfully placed near the entrance of the Reception Hall to greet your guests as they arrive.

Beverages (such as alcohol, water, soft drinks, variety of punch mixtures, lemonade) will be served along with a delightful tiered Wedding Cake. Choose from a range of classic or creative confections from Bavarian Cream to Pear Mousseline. With your wedding cake comes an elegant serving set, which will be presented to you as a keepsake.

At the end of your tour (or after the ceremony, depending on your particular program) your limousine will drop you and your party back at your hotel.

Please note

Please call the Chapel office at least twice. When you arrive in Vegas call the Chapel with your hotel and room number information. At that time, their office will schedule courtesy transportation to and from your hotel and the Chapel. (Although scheduling for transportation is completed shortly before your wedding day, transportation requests must be received in advance.) Then 24 hours before your wedding is scheduled call the office again to obtain additional instructions, confirm all details and place any special requests.

If you are not utilizing the courtesy transportation, please arrive at the Chapel 15-30 minutes prior to your scheduled ceremony time, with all of your marriage license documents.
In order to allow for heavy traffic and like conditions, courtesy limousine pick-up times are scheduled 30-90 minutes prior to your ceremony. Your chauffer will call your hotel room phone to give instructions regarding the pick-up location. Please be in your room and ready to go when the driver calls upon his/her arrival.

Transportation is a courtesy service with this package. While every effort is made to ensure that the limousine remains on time, there are occasionally unavoidable circumstances that may cause delays. Your understanding with this is appreciated.
The courtesy limousine transportation allows up to 6 passengers only.
You, your wedding participants and guests need to be on time. If you are not ready to begin at the scheduled ceremony time, it may have to be rescheduled.

The Minister fee is by donation only. We suggest $40-$60 dollars as a general rule, but the final amount is only determined by what the Bridal couple decide. The cash payment is placed in an envelope by the couple, then given to the Minister

Personal photography of any kind is not permitted in the chapel, due to an arrangement with a professional photography studio in Las Vegas. Your wedding package includes photos taken by a professional photographer during the ceremony. You will have the option to view and purchase additional posed photos following your ceremony.
Certified Legal Documents – the Chapel offers expedited services to obtain the legal documents that you will need to serve as proof of your Las Vegas marriage. These documents are necessary for name changes, insurance benefits, Immigration services, adoption and the like. For an additional charge these documents may be picked up at the chapel or mailed to your home (standard, priority, or express mail). Request this service with your wedding planner.
The internet broadcasting is a courtesy service with this package. The equipment is current and well maintained, and problems rarely occur. Please understand there are occasional technological difficulties that may cause problems with the internet stream. Chapel staff will do their best to immediately resolve any issues. Live Internet broadcast may not be available in select venues. Please check with your wedding coordinator.
